Group Session Terms & Conditions

My terms and conditions show that you honor my time as much as I honor yours. Please read them carefully.

Groups are set up with one person as the primary. The primary is responsible for sharing ALL information with ALL members of the group as well as providing payment in full to secure a booking. We recommend using an app such as Zelle or Venmo to collect from your attendees.
Groups sessions consist of three to six guests.
A private one on one is 1-2 people (booked differently).
Please know the number of attendees, as well as their first names before you submit the scheduling form to us.
If members of your group are unable to attend, partial refunds will not be given.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 7 days prior to your group session time. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days minus a $50 processing fee.
One week (7 days) prior to your session is the latest you will be able to reschedule.
All cancellations 3-6 days prior to your scheduled group session will be refunded 50% of the total, minus a $50 processing fee within 7-10 business days.
Cancelations 48 hours in advance, as well as no shows will not be refunded.
Upon booking I will send you a confirmation email with instructions to help you navigate your group session. Please take the time to read the instructions/directions and forward the email to each member of your group. The goal in this is for your group to have the best session possible.
You have voluntarily decided to book a group session for your group, with you as the primary, with Marisa through your own free will. You are voluntarily participating in the session of your choice and accept complete responsibility for your own mental, physical, psychological, spiritual, and emotional well being.
It is very important for you to understand a session with Marisa Marinos LLC is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and or treatment. You must understand this is for entertainment purposes and is not to take the place of a licensed healthcare professional. Marisa Marinos LLC does not diagnose medical conditions, nor will she perform medical treatment, prescribe substances or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
Marisa Marinos LLC is not liable for outcomes or actions, whether they be yours, or those of other people, whether related to your session or otherwise.
You are completely responsible for any actions you take after any session with Marisa Marinos LLC.
Please understand, sometimes we hear what we need, not what we want. Marisa Marinos LLC always has the best intentions when bring messages from Above through her as a vessel of information.
As in life nothing can be 100% guaranteed. Marisa receives and communicates smells, sounds, words, feelings, images and they may be partial at times. Communications can be interpreted differently by each person.
You are welcome to record your session (VOICE ONLY), on your own device. Marisa requires that you let her know you when you begin recording. Additionally, there is no starting and stopping a recording. It is distracting and will take away from your session. Don’t forget to charge your device.
Marisa Marinos LLC DOES NOT give you permission to broadcast the call/recording on the internet, a podcast, YouTube, or anywhere without her permission.
Please be on time for your group session. Everyone must be in the office at the start time or they will not be admitted.
Your privacy is very important to us. Your personal information will only be used by our office. We do not share or sell any client information. We value your privacy and security

When paying by bank to bank transfer with Zelle, you purchase your appointment first and then book your spot after your payment has been processed (usually within 48 hours). If you wish to get an idea of my availability before you commit, follow these steps:

Note that you will see pricing that includes a processing fee that does not apply to Zelle orders. These pages simply give a sneak peak at my availability.

BE ADVISED that clients are literally booking 24 hours a day so my availability changes quickly. The date/time you have in mind may not be available by the time your payment has been processed, but new session times are added daily so you can find a different spot that will work.

Service Animal

Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Hybrid Session

A Hybrid session is a combination of Spiritual Life Coaching and Mediumship. We connect with your “Spirit Council”, both your loved ones as well as your Spirit Guides. Often they assist with difficult questions or help you make choices when you encounter a speedbump, as well as validate life choices. They help us navigate what needs to be paid attention to or what guidance they see that’s needed to help you live your best life as well as cheer you on.

* If you select to have Hybrid Session, during “checkout” you may add 1 guest to attend with you either in person or on FaceTime (Apple devices only) for an additional $150. This option is not available for phone sessions.

Mediumship Reading

This choice is you wanting to connect with your loved ones that have passed and hear what they are doing, experiencing and seeing in the afterlife. I only channel souls who have crossed over to God’s white light.

This type of session often helps with answers and closure for many clients. I use my gift to bridge between our world and the spirit world. I DO NOT EVER CHANNEL DARK ENERGY. I am a fourth generation intuitive guide. It is a spiritual experience that seeks to validate, console, heal and offer “Love from Above.”
